- Assist in planning and executing the monthly CRM calendar for both brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and covering product launches and key consumer promotions.
- Create campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including asset creation, translation, HTML template development, audience targeting, and email distribution.
- Coordinate with the HQ CRM department for reporting and content validation.
- Provide direct support to the Loyalty Program, offering premium activations to VIP customers and coordinating localized campaigns.
- Assist El Corte Ingles field teams with CRM objectives, clientelling, and loyalty gifts.
- Conduct training for Beauty Consultants through seminars and communications to address needs and technical issues, maintaining CRM as a priority at points of sale.
- Support the implementation of automated Customer Journeys for POS and Ecommerce databases.
- Monitor Givenchy and Kenzo's CRM activations, providing monthly reports and data extraction.
- Assist in executing e-commerce strategies for Givenchybeauty.com, coordinating with HQ teams for product and commercial launches.
- Ensure a superior D2C brand experience on Givenchybeauty.com by maintaining website content, product assortment, and functionality according to brand and market standards.
- Report on website performance against KPIs such as sales, traffic, and customer base.
- Analyze competitors' digital presence and marketing campaigns to compile best practice benchmarks for Ecommerce and CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Ecommerce and CRM.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Power BI is beneficial.
At least 6 months of professional experience in CRM and eCommerce.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
