LVMH Continuous Improvement Engineer

1. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects within the operational excellence roadmap.
2. Ensure successful project execution using project management methodologies and lead the project team.
3. Utilize total quality management and problem-solving tools such as PDCA and 5M.
4. Regularly communicate project progress, particularly during operational excellence steering committees.
5. Measure project outcomes and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
6. Propose and drive targeted actions, ensuring team autonomy post-project.
7. Maintain and update all operational standards.
8. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and 5S standards, and enforce environmental guidelines.
9. Organize on-site training to enhance team skills and identify training needs.
10. Participate in team engagement routines.
11. Ensure daily compliance with GMP rules, specific requirements, and hygiene procedures.
12. Contribute to the positive image of the production site and the company.
13. Assist in achieving cost objectives for packaging operations.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

1. In-depth knowledge of production techniques and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, TPM, MRP).
2. Strong problem-solving orientation and project management skills.
3. Ability to gain team buy-in and work collaboratively.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence within a production environment.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
