1. Lead continuous improvement projects as part of the operational excellence roadmap.
2. Ensure project success through effective project management methodologies and team leadership.
3. Utilize standard quality and problem-solving tools such as PDCA and 5M.
4. Regularly communicate project progress, particularly during operational excellence steering committees.
5. Measure project outcomes and propose corrective actions when necessary.
6. Drive targeted initiatives and support teams to achieve autonomy post-project.
7. Ensure all standards are updated and maintained.
8. Maintain a strong field presence to support packaging operations.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards.
10. Adhere to environmental guidelines.
11. Organize field training to enhance team skills and identify training needs.
12. Participate in team management routines.
13. Ensure daily compliance with GMP rules, specific requirements, and hygiene procedures.
14. Contribute to the positive image of the production site and the company.
15. Assist in achieving packaging cost objectives.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficient in production and continuous improvement techniques (5S, SMED, TPM, MRP).
2. Strong problem-solving orientation.
3. Project management expertise.
4. Ability to secure team buy-in for projects.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence within a production environment is required.

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
