1. Develop and validate color formulations for makeup products.
2. Manage raw materials selection and acquisition, ensuring compliance with specific application regulations.
3. Conduct colorimetric formulation trials in the laboratory in alignment with LVMH R&D guidelines.
4. Submit formulation trials for marketing validation, incorporate feedback, and adjust formulas accordingly.
5. Define precise production formulas, optimizing cost and performance.
6. Monitor stability of approved formulas, conduct tests, and analyze results.
7. Transmit bulk nomenclatures to R&D via Optiva, providing physical reference samples.
8. Provide regular reporting to project coordinators and relevant departments on color development progress.
9. Produce laboratory samples for marketing presentations and evaluations.
10. Supply validated color samples to packaging development to ensure compatibility and aesthetics.
11. Participate in the validation of colors during pilot bulk production and initial manufacturing, both internally and externally.
12. Validate and correct subcontracted bulk formulas, ensuring quality standards compliance.
13. Conduct stability tests for subcontracted formulas, adapt protocols, and manage derogation requests if necessary.
14. Prepare and dispatch products and packs required for various development stages, ensuring traceability and security.

1. Higher education degree (Bac +2/ +3) from institutions like ITECH, ISIPCA, or equivalent, specializing in colorimetry, cosmetic formulation, or chemistry.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the makeup sector.

1. Expertise in cosmetic quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Proficiency in colorimetry and formulation techniques.
3. Optical quality and analysis of texture and organoleptic properties of products.
4. Knowledge of SAP and Excel software.
5. Creativity and ability to integrate technical constraints.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
7. Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
8. Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the makeup industry.

Higher education degree (Bac +2/ +3) in colorimetry, cosmetic formulation, or chemistry.
