LVMH Fragrance Brands Category Manager - Travel Retail

- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-in/sell-out and market share to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of assortment performance, identifying key products and optimization strategies in line with LVMH Fragrance Brands' and client strategies.
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to track sales, inventory, and expenditure trends.
- Recommend corrective actions and commercial initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with indirect clients, including airlines and duty-free shops, in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Manage product assortment for indirect clients and propose tailored commercial development plans.
- Collaborate with operational marketing to create accurate sales forecasts for new product launches and promotions.
- Ensure optimal assortment definition for the EURAF zone, considering market specifics and client expectations.
- Coordinate with supply, forecast, and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution and product availability.
- Oversee the annual expenditure table (TED) and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Lead and mentor the EURAF zone coordinator team, setting clear objectives and supporting professional development.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in travel retail or the cosmetics/fragrance sector.
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to build trust-based client relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management systems.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
