- Analyze and closely monitor key performance indicators (Sell-in/Sell-out, market share, etc.) by franchise, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of assortment performance, identifying key products and optimization areas in alignment with LVMH Fragrance Brands' strategy and client needs.
- Establish regular reporting and relevant dashboards to track sales, stock, and expenditure evolution.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions and commercial initiatives to stimulate growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with indirect clients (airlines, Duty-Free shops, etc.) in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Manage assortment for indirect clients and propose tailored commercial development plans.
- Collaborate with operational marketing to develop precise and realistic sales forecasts for new product launches and promotions.
- Ensure optimal assortment definition for the EURAF zone, considering market specifics and client expectations.
- Supervise the EURAF zone coordinators, setting clear objectives and supporting their professional development.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in similar roles, ideally within Travel Retail and/or cosmetics/fragrances.
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to develop trust-based client relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and sales management systems.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the Travel Retail or cosmetics/fragrance sectors.
Advanced degree in business, marketing, or equivalent (Bac +5).
