- Serve as the key pricing contact for Marketing Development during new product launches.
- Develop and communicate well-founded pricing recommendations in alignment with the overall pricing strategy.
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of the product portfolio, including upcoming changes and pricing implications.
- Conduct precise competitive analysis on rival products and their innovations.
- Act as the primary pricing liaison for designated countries, analyzing exchange rate impacts and local market specifics.
- Define and present suggested pricing strategies to senior management during annual reviews.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance, providing strategic recommendations.
- Analyze promotional impacts on consumers, retailers, and profit and loss statements.
- Support sales administration in pricing management and update pricing files regularly.
- Perform in-depth ad-hoc analyses, including competitive price value studies.
- Develop and utilize impact models, such as the price waterfall, to assess profitability impacts.
- Leverage quantitative data from internal and external reports to provide proactive recommendations to Marketing Development.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing, financial control, market analysis, or sales.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and systems (SAP, Anaplan, Excel, Power BI).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to anticipate and strategize.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and persuasive approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, agile, and pragmatic attitude.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial control, market analysis, or sales is required.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
The position offers a hybrid work model with up to two days of remote work per week, promoting work-life balance.
