- Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting of commercial performance, including sell-out and market share by product line, channel, and client.
- Design, automate, and maintain dynamic dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reconcile brand sell-out budget objectives with major account goals and monitor their weekly progress.
- Consolidate data from various European markets for Business Review Europe.
- Participate actively in Business Reviews and budget meetings, providing analytical expertise and contributing to the definition of realistic and ambitious objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact with panel organizations such as Circana and Kantar, organizing bi-annual reviews and disseminating pertinent summaries.
- Act as a market analysis expert using panel data and contribute to market projections.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to conduct comprehensive launch reviews, analyzing performance and identifying key success factors.
- Work closely with commercial teams to monitor competitive activities in the market and prepare client Business Reviews.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions for the European division.
- Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of reporting and data visualization tools, and act as the primary contact for corporate Business Analysis teams.
- Ensure the coherence and quality of data used in analyses.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in analytical roles within finance or business sectors.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in analytical roles within finance, commerce, or equivalent sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week, fostering a balanced work-life integration.
