LVMH Business Analyst

- Monitor and analyze commercial performance, including sell-out and market share by product line, channel, and client, producing weekly notes and monthly reports.
- Design, automate, and maintain dynamic dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reconcile brand sell-out budget objectives with key account goals and track weekly progress.
- Consolidate data from various European markets for Business Review Europe.
- Participate in Business Reviews and budget meetings, providing analytical expertise and contributing to the definition of realistic and ambitious objectives.
- Act as the primary contact with panel organizations (Circana, Kantar), organizing bi-annual reviews and disseminating relevant summaries.
- Serve as a market analysis expert using panel data, contributing to market projections.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to conduct comprehensive launch reviews, analyzing performance and proposing concrete improvement strategies.
- Work closely with commercial teams to monitor competitive market activities and prepare client Business Reviews.
- Provide ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions for the Europe division.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistency of information and analyses, particularly during budget presentation preparations.
- Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Anaplan).
- Serve as a reference for implementing new tools and methodologies across the European scope.
- Ensure data consistency and quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, commerce, or a related analytical field.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
Minimum of 3 years in finance, commerce, or a related analytical field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid work model with up to two days of remote work per week, promoting a balanced work-life environment.
