LVMH Fragrance Brands Business Analysis Manager

- Manage a team comprising 2 Business Analysts and 1 intern.
- Serve as the analytical reference for global retail performance and sell-out tracking.
- Define necessary analyses based on global business developments.
- Contribute to monthly business reviews with LVMH Fragrance Brands' top management, including budget preparations and three-year plans.
- Drive sell-out tracking with markets and respond to top management requests by zone, retailer, axis, or franchise.
- Lead transformation projects in collaboration with the Business Development Director, focusing on business plans, promotions, and distribution.
- Act as the liaison for sell-out transformation projects with LVMH Research and external panelists.
- Manage cross-functional data analysis projects with the LVMH Group's Perfumes & Cosmetics Division and IT systems provider.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with a Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector or in roles with significant analytical and data structuring responsibilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent communication and public presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 10 years in the perfumes and cosmetics industry or in a role with significant analytical and data structuring responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with a Master's preferred.
The position offers the flexibility of up to two days of remote work per week, fostering a work-life balance.
