1. Enhance sales and brand image for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and advising clients on their purchases.
3. Develop tailored recommendations to meet client needs and foster brand loyalty.
4. Actively contribute to the sales team's success through performance knowledge and goal achievement.
5. Report weekly to the supervisor on sales results, market share, and store conditions.
6. Maintain store presentation, including product arrangement and merchandise reception.
7. Uphold brand image by informing and training distributor teams.
8. Engage and retain distributor teams to boost sales.
9. Propose and implement in-store actions and best practices.
10. Monitor competitor initiatives and gather customer feedback.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, negotiation, aesthetics, or related field.

1. Proficiency in French and English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are advantageous.
2. Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.

4. Service-oriented mindset.

Approximately 2 to 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fragrance and cosmetics. Significant expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, negotiation, aesthetics, or related field.
