1. Enhance sales and brand image for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and tailored advice to clients.
3. Cultivate customer loyalty to the brand and its products.
4. Actively contribute to the sales team through performance insights and goal achievement.
5. Conduct weekly reporting to management on sales results and market share.
6. Maintain store presentation and manage product displays and inventory.
7. Represent brand image to distributor teams through information and training.
8. Engage and build loyalty with distributor teams to boost sales.
9. Propose and implement in-store actions and best practices.
10. Monitor competitor initiatives and gather customer feedback.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Negotiation, Aesthetics, or related field.
2. Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fragrance and cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
4. Significant expertise in makeup techniques.
5. Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a focus on fragrance and cosmetics.
