- Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
- Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
- Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion. Experience as a makeup artist is desirable.
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
Base salary plus incentives.
Indefinite contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits included.
