1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competition, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance following corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.
