1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal store inventory.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
3. English proficiency at B2 level is desirable.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors. Experience as a makeup artist is desirable.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits.
