1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
11. Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum B2 level in English.
3. Experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, social benefits.
