1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitors' activities, including special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop and maintain personal and lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with social benefits, working 36 hours per week.
