1. Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track sales performance against KPIs.
8. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
10. Maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
3. Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French, depending on the location.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits included.
