LVMH Fragrance Brands Assistant Product Manager, Brand Event

- Actively participate in the development of promotional offers, including gift sets for key campaigns such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and Travel Retail.
- Develop concepts and assortments, brief creative agencies and procurement, and validate prototypes and final proofs.
- Coordinate photoshoots for gift sets and develop visual materials.
- Create launch presentations (360°, Forecast Request) for markets and strategic project presentations for top management.
- Engage in conceptual research and development of 360° tools, including visuals and Art of Gifting materials.
- Assist in the development of the annual Gift With Purchase plan.
- Conduct competitive analysis (sell-in and sell-out) to inform animation strategies for the brand.
- Manage quotes and assist in preparing marketing conventions and strategic presentations.
- Perform competitive intelligence on key commercial periods to inspire creative reflections and conduct field visits.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program, specializing in Marketing.
- Previous experience in Marketing Development within the Luxury or Beauty sector is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and fragrance & cosmetics sectors.
- Creativity and agility.
- Meticulousness and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Eagerness to learn in a stimulating and creative professional environment.
No prior experience required; however, a background in Marketing Development in the Luxury or Beauty industry is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field, with a focus on Marketing.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, contingent upon academic progression.
The position offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential for a recommendation for internal job applications or selection for the International Program, GLOW. Interns join a vibrant community, participating in integration seminars, networking events, and receiving coaching workshops and mentorship from senior colleagues.
