1. Assist in the development of new products in collaboration with R&D, packaging development, and suppliers.
2. Contribute to product concept ideation.
3. Prepare for major international events such as marketing plans, conventions, and taskforces.
4. Conduct competitive analyses and studies to inform marketing strategy, including performance analyses and market research panels.
5. Participate in 360-degree launch strategies and coordinate with digital, merchandising, press, publishing, and training teams.
6. Provide operational support to Product Managers.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. A passion for cosmetics and luxury industries.
5. Organized, versatile, meticulous, creative, and inquisitive.

Prior experience as an Assistant Product Manager is advantageous but not required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.

The internship offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW.
