- Assist in the development of marketing plans for 2026, 2027, and 2028 for various fragrance lines.
- Support new product launches through conceptualization, positioning, and coordination with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams.
- Contribute to the strategic creation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, including communication, point-of-sale materials, publications, press, training, and in-store animations.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments, monitoring competitor launches and trends.
- Aid in the preparation of internal and external events, including major international gatherings.
- Provide operational support to Product Managers.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's in Marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the fragrance industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas and embrace challenges.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic marketing skills.
- Project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong market and business acumen in the fragrance and cosmetics sector.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or marketing.
Monthly stipend ranging from €1,300 to €1,400, depending on academic progression.
