LVMH Fragrance Brands Assistant Digital Project Manager Intern

- Contribute to the development of performance reports for media campaigns using internal data collection platforms.
- Consolidate and analyze local campaign results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage the construction, launch, monitoring, and reporting of HQ-led social media campaigns.
- Conduct advertising monitoring and identify potential advertising networks.
- Engage actively with media environment stakeholders, including agencies and external partners.
- Manage the global publication calendar for social media.
- Craft captions for social media platforms.
- Oversee posting on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Develop performance reports and analyses for monthly and campaign-specific metrics.
- Demonstrates high levels of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Recognized for proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, and professionalism.
- Passionate about digital media and new technologies.
- Previous experience in media and/or social media is highly recommended.
- Experience in cosmetics and/or luxury sectors is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital media.
- Comfortable with numbers and possesses an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some experience in media or social media, particularly within the cosmetics or luxury sectors.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The position offers six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and the potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or the International Program, GLOW. Interns will join a community of young talents, participate in integration seminars, network with peers, attend coaching workshops, and receive mentorship from senior buddies.
