- Conduct iconographic research and create mood boards aligned with campaign themes.
- Develop creative proposals and visual communication materials, including mock-ups, storyboards, and animated films.
- Manage and follow up on projects, integrating feedback from various stakeholders throughout the campaign development process.
- Participate in preproduction and production stages, including agency briefs, talent casting, and preparation for shoots.
- Oversee the finalization of communication campaigns, including post-production tasks such as retouching and editing.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art Direction, Communication, Applied Arts, or Graphic Design.
- Strong sensitivity to art, luxury, cosmetics, fashion, beauty, and trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with integrated AI options.
- Knowledge of 3D software is advantageous.
- Strong photographic and cinematographic sensitivity with a keen digital culture.
- Graphic sensitivity and compositional skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, agility, autonomy, and methodological rigor.
- Ability to adapt and refine creative intentions.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a focus on empathy.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
