1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on Parfums Givenchy products.
6. Propose personalized products to clients and overcome objections confidently.
7. Demonstrate products through flash make-overs and explain benefits.
8. Initiate contact with customers and engage them effectively.
9. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
10. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
11. Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
12. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
13. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
14. Adhere to company and store procedures and policies.
15. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
16. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
