LVMH Fragrance Brands Account Executive

- Drive and achieve established retail sales goals as set by Corporate.
- Ensure proper utilization of client retention systems across accounts.
- Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to meet sales objectives.
- Manage freelancers, including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and budget oversight, to support sales goals.
- Collaborate with store personnel for effective planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and events.
- Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands’ image at points of sale.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location for product categories.
- Update the corporate office with changes to account profiles, including space, location, and staffing.
- Assist the Education Department in training Beauty Advisors and maintain communication with Education Executives.
- Provide the Sales team with necessary information for monthly business reports.
- Conduct daily travel to various locations as required.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors.
- Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persistence in improving market share within the area of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work from a home office and travel extensively within the territory.
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.

Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.
Salary range of $90,000-$95,000, with flexibility to pay outside this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
