LVMH Account Executive

1. Drive and achieve established retail sales goals as set by Corporate.
2. Ensure proper utilization of client retention systems across accounts.
3. Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to meet sales objectives.
4. Manage freelancers, including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and budget oversight, to support sales goals.
5. Collaborate with store personnel for effective planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and events.
6. Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands’ image at points of sale.
7. Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location for product categories.
8. Update the corporate office with changes to account profiles, including space, location, and staffing.
9. Assist the Education Department in training Beauty Advisors and maintain communication with Education Executives.
10. Provide the Sales team with necessary information for monthly business reports.
11. Conduct daily travel to various locations as required.

1. 5+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors.
2. Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Persistence in improving market share within the area of responsibility.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
6. Ability to work from a home office and travel extensively within the territory.
7. Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.

Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.

Salary range of $90,000-$95,000, with flexibility to pay outside this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
