1. Execute business strategies as developed by Corporate.
2. Achieve and drive established retail sales goals.
3. Ensure proper usage of client retention systems in each account.
4. Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals.
5. Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage freelancers, including budget management.
6. Collaborate with store personnel for planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.
7. Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image at points of sale.
8. Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product locations.
9. Provide updates for the account profile book to the corporate office.
10. Assist the Education Department in training and development of Beauty Advisors.
11. Provide the Sales team with necessary information for monthly business reports.
12. Conduct daily travel to locations as required.

1. College degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors
3. Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Persistence in improving market share
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
4. Ability to work from a home office
5. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives
6. Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information

Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with multi-door specialty account sell-through experience.

College degree

Salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
