1. Achieve and drive established retail sales goals as set forth by Corporate.
2. Ensure the proper usage of all client retention systems in each account.
3. Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve established sales goals.
4. Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage freelancers to assist in the achievement of sales goals, including proper budget management.
5. Collaborate with store personnel in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and special events.
6. Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands’ image at point of sale.
7. Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for product categories at beauty counters.
8. Provide corporate office with updates for the account profile book, including changes to space, location, and staffing.
9. Assist the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors, maintaining communication with Education Executives.
10. Provide the Sales team with necessary information for the account’s monthly business report.
11. Conduct daily travel to locations as required.

1. College degree
2. 5+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors
3. Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Persistence in improving market share
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
4. Ability to work from a home office
5. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives

A minimum of 5 years in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with multi-door specialty account sell-through experience.

College degree

Salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, with flexibility to pay outside this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
