1. Assist in the production of monthly business analysis reports for North America, catering to top management and regional brand leaders.
2. Support Real Estate and Digital teams in analyzing opportunities across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
3. Enhance reporting and analysis efficiency through the use of advanced technology.
4. Conduct ad hoc research and analysis as requested by management.
5. Extract, verify, and organize data from various reporting databases to produce accurate reports.
6. Analyze sales data by city, region, and channel, identifying variances from previous periods, budgets, and forecasts.
7. Contribute to the enhancement of group sales reports, including competitive analysis and assessment of external factors like tourism and exchange rates.
8. Analyze sales data across channels to identify key trends and business growth opportunities.
9. Support ad hoc real estate project requests.
10. Develop and recommend new technologies to improve FP&A efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance.
3. Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse environment.

1. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills in English; French is a plus.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

At least 1 year of experience in the finance sector, preferably within a matrixed organization.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
