LVMH Financial Analyst

1. Validate and analyze Profit & Loss statements, Overheads, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow; provide variance analysis.
2. Provide alerts and recommendations to the Business Planning & Control Manager to maintain or improve profitability.
3. Issue weekly reports on financial performance.
4. Develop business follow-up and enhance performance analysis by channel, including volumes, prices, margins, and Advertising & Promotion expenses.
5. Support and challenge brand marketing and commercial teams to ensure KPIs and models meet business requirements.
6. Set up and monitor KPIs for After Sales and Logistics activities.
7. Lead the planning process, including budgets, best estimates, revised forecasts, and landing for P&L and Cash Flow.
8. Assist in establishing Internal Control processes and plan the annual stock take.
9. Review and update expenses approvals and delegation of authorities rules as needed.

1. University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business; Master/MBA from a top school preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing in a multinational organization.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analysis and communicate results.
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS).
3. Outstanding Excel skills.
4. Proficiency in corporate standard business presentations.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
8. Proficiency in English and Japanese.

3-6 years in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing in a multinational organization. Overseas work experience is a plus.

University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business; Master/MBA preferred.
