1. Provide operational support to project managers in the financial transformation initiatives within LVMH Holdings, impacting organization, processes, and related systems.
2. Assist in the implementation and deployment of processes in France and internationally, in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
3. Monitor the implementation of new tools in partnership with Finance departments, IT, and external consultants (such as Big 4).
4. Analyze needs and model/formalize financial business processes.
5. Ensure project governance, including project planning, action tracking, and stakeholder management (internal teams and consulting partners).
6. Oversee budgetary and contractual aspects.
7. Facilitate change management and execute the communication strategy.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.

1. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, critical thinking, and creativity.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals beginning their careers.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
