1. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
2. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
4. Contribute to internal control compliance efforts.
5. Support month-end closing activities.
6. Provide support in the sales order collection analysis process.
7. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
8. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
9. Review the POSM stock report and collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize stock levels.
10. Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to data management.
12. Perform a one-time cleanup of Pricing files and conduct monthly updates.
13. Review prices for discrepancies and anomalies.
14. Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve pricing issues.
15. Assist in monthly invoice processing for FTT, verifying documentation and approvals.
16. Provide general support to the finance team on various tasks and projects.

1. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Passion for pursuing a career in finance.

Beginner
