1. Conduct market analysis by gathering and consolidating data on the Japanese market, providing regular insights into emerging trends.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, consolidate monthly management reports for headquarters, and prepare for CFO/President meetings.
3. Master task automation using the latest solutions, including Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain data models to support business decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
4. Review processes and assist in designing controls to minimize risks, ensuring compliance with group procedures and policies.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years or more of professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, internal control, or business analysis within a corporation.

1. Strong data management skills, with expertise in Power BI being a significant advantage.
2. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Japanese and strong communication skills are preferred.

Beginner level experience in finance, accounting, auditing, internal control, or business analysis.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
