1. Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear, ensuring clients receive exemplary service in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business in-store, maintaining a leadership role in sales and client engagement.
3. Conduct product training and facilitate new launches, ensuring the team is well-versed in product knowledge.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, utilizing advanced clienteling techniques.
5. Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
6. Lead by example in managing personal client portfolios and demonstrating exceptional clienteling options.

1. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and its exceptional product categories.
2. Proven ability to be a sales leader and top seller in the Women's Ready-to-Wear category.
3. Experience in fostering positive client relationships and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge in Exotics.
4. Strong analytical and commercial skills.

3. Proficiency in clienteling and sales techniques specific to luxury fashion.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear.

Hourly rate of USD$25-33, plus commission opportunities.
