- Manage complex calendar scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Provide comprehensive support for meetings, including guest registration and managing orders, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Perform expense reporting, coordinate invoice approval and processing, and support contract signing and renewals.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality, on-brand reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements.
- Ensure the CCO is prepared for meetings, interviews, travel, and briefings.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor invoices and track payments.
- Organize additional logistics such as lunch reservations on a case-by-case basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of administrative support experience, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Advanced proficiency with video conferencing software, such as Zoom and MS Teams.
- Experience in communicating with multiple teams simultaneously, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new computer programs and software.
- French language skills are a plus.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-level executive environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
The target salary range is $85,000-$110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
