LVMH Environmental Project Coordinator Intern

- Support the team at La Vallée de la Millière in managing and welcoming LVMH Group employees.
- Coordinate and manage reservation requests from LVMH Group employees.
- Organize calls to understand group needs and tailor programs (visits, workshops, training).
- Handle logistical and operational aspects of each visit, including information dissemination and special requests.
- Manage on-site group reception, including welcome speeches, attendance tracking, and satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy days, number of sensitized individuals, and total re-invoiced amounts.
- Compile satisfaction questionnaires and manage invoicing updates between Maisons and the Group's Accounting Service.
- Create visual content and write articles for internal and external communication regarding La Millière.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations like Hectar, Ademe, ORSE, and UNESCO.
- Coordinate the Eco Material Hub, including reservation management and user feedback collection.
- Enhance communication about the Eco Material Hub and integrate it into LVMH events.
- Support additional missions such as platform access, trend monitoring, and ambassador community engagement.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent), seeking a final-year internship.
- Strong interest in environmental issues.
- Autonomy, rigor, organization, and methodical approach.
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Developed aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent).
