1. Collaborate closely with various departments and Maisons to enhance e-commerce functionalities.
2. Assist Program Managers in drafting recommendations and launching innovative projects.
3. Document e-commerce functionalities to facilitate knowledge sharing.
4. Share e-commerce guidelines and best practices through presentations for diverse stakeholders.
5. Conduct ad-hoc market studies or Maison-specific analyses to support strategic projects.
6. Organize and animate e-commerce topics, including workshop preparation and community coordination.
7. Support innovative and strategic projects to consolidate a group-wide vision.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated initiative and quick learning ability.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and navigate complex environments.
5. Prior experience in digital or project management with e-commerce knowledge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
2. Comfortable with new digital solutions.
3. Fluency in English.

Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with initial experience in digital or project management.

Master's degree in progress (Bac+5) in Business or related field.
