1. Assist in disseminating the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy across the Group, including preparation of materials and communications for regional teams and Maisons, and monitoring implementation and impact.
2. Support Group initiatives related to the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, such as EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and Voices of Inclusion week.
3. Aid in organizing and executing communication campaigns and events with the support of identified stakeholders.
4. Facilitate the animation of a Diversity & Inclusion network and engage with various Group stakeholders through quarterly meetings, an annual seminar, and the management of engagement platforms.
5. Conduct strategic and media monitoring on Diversity & Inclusion topics.
6. Participate in additional projects as required by the department's current activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a passion for human relations.
2. At least one prior professional experience in a corporate setting.
3. Strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion and equal opportunity.
4. Meticulous and organized with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Excellent command of English.
