1. Support the dissemination of the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy across the Group.
2. Assist with Group initiatives related to the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, such as EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and Voices of Inclusion week.
3. Prepare materials and communications for regional teams and Maisons, monitor implementation, and evaluate impact.
4. Support the animation of a Diversity & Inclusion network, including the annual seminar and dialogue with various stakeholders.
5. Conduct strategic and media monitoring on Diversity & Inclusion topics.
6. Participate in other projects as required by the HR Service's current events.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a focus on human-related studies.
2. At least one prior professional experience in a corporate environment.

Entry-level with at least one prior professional experience in a corporate setting.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
