1. Conduct research on cutting-edge advancements in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for autonomous agents.
2. Develop and experiment with innovative methods to enhance these techniques using human feedback.
3. Design advanced reinforcement learning strategies to effectively map global feedback to specific model adjustments.
4. Test and evaluate solutions in complex scenarios, such as multi-turn dialogues or retrieval-augmented generation tasks.
5. Communicate findings and contribute to scientific publications or internal presentations.

1. Master’s degree specializing in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
2. Experience in research or a final-year internship.

1. Strong skills in applied mathematics, including optimization, linear algebra, and probability.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
3. Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with research experience or a final-year internship.
