1. Assist the Senior Business Controller in business intelligence, data management, consolidation, and reporting.
2. Oversee, maintain, and develop existing BI tools, impacting top-level decisions with key analyses.
3. Ensure data systems (Power BI, Anaplan) are well-maintained through data integration, mapping updates, and reconciliation.
4. Extract and transform financial data reports to provide analytic insights and clear data visualizations for stakeholders.
5. Organize training sessions for key users and liaise with IT teams for troubleshooting.
6. Make recommendations on best practices and technological advancements.
7. Support GTR consolidation by assisting in month-end close analysis and participating in all reporting phases.
8. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for top management, including business reviews and customer/product analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from business, data science, or engineering studies.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

1. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI.
2. Problem-solving orientation.
3. Passion for luxury brands and the wines & spirits industry.
4. Ability to manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic environment.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.
6. Autonomous, proactive, and rigorous.
7. Highly collaborative and a strong team player.
