1. Assist the Senior Business Controller in business intelligence, data management, consolidation, and reporting.
2. Oversee, maintain, and develop existing BI tools such as Power BI and Anaplan.
3. Provide key analysis to impact top-level decisions across Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments.
4. Ensure data systems maintenance through data integration, mapping updates, and reconciliation.
5. Extract and transform financial data reports for analytic insights and data visualizations.
6. Organize training sessions for key users and liaise with IT teams for troubleshooting.
7. Make recommendations on best practices and technological advancements.
8. Support Global Travel Retail (GTR) consolidation, assisting in month-end close analysis and reporting phases.
9. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for top management, including business reviews and customer/product analysis.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from business, data science, or engineering studies.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

1. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI.
2. Problem-solving orientation.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple data sources.
4. Autonomous, proactive, and rigorous.
5. Highly collaborative and a strong team player.

No prior experience required, but a first experience with Power BI is a must.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from business, data science, or engineering studies.
