LVMH Customer Support Specialist

- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to the repair of watches and jewelry, providing detailed information on repair acceptance, timelines, and costs.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, functioning as a customer service center.
- Act as the internal point of contact for after-sales service inquiries.
- Handle incoming communications from end-users, retail partners, boutiques, and internal wholesale departments.
- Input customer and product information into the SAP system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of repair statuses and invoicing.
- Sort and manage documentation and mail related to repair processes.
- Respond to e-commerce related inquiries and coordinate with the Swiss headquarters.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing, with verbal communication skills considered an advantage.
- Understanding of compliance and ability to adhere to regulations.
- Familiarity with office software and systems, including Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and Notes.
- Ability to perform blind typing while managing calls.
- Open and collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to irregular situations.
- Polite and courteous interaction with diverse departments and individuals.
- Interest in luxury brands and anticipation of affluent clientele needs.
- Team-oriented with the ability to balance customer and staff interactions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors.
