Customer Support & Sales Operations Coordinator

Nona Source, launched in April 2021, is a startup that supports young creators by providing access to high-end materials from LVMH Group's Fashion and Leather Goods Houses. It aligns with LVMH's environmental strategy by rethinking sourcing and supporting circular economy and creativity.

1. Manage daily customer inquiries and prioritize requests to ensure responsive customer service.
2. Proactively monitor order transportation and handle anomalies, maintaining daily relations with the carrier and warehouse.
3. Provide direct support for operations related to LVMH Group Houses and VIC clients.
4. Continuously improve customer service and logistics processes to optimize client interactions.
5. Oversee sample order preparation in coordination with the showroom and manage their transportation.
6. Utilize and optimize Nona Source's CRM, Hubspot, to ensure continuity between customer service and showroom appointments.
7. Facilitate communication with the showroom and warehouse.
8. Manage customs processes.
9. Assist the Sales Operations Manager in supplier relations, including reviewing transport invoices and handling disputes, as well as sales-related accounting processes.

1. Recent graduate with a strong interest in commercial relations.
2. Experience in customer service and/or sales administration, including internships and apprenticeships.
