1. Manage daily customer inquiries and prioritize requests to ensure responsive after-sales service.
2. Proactively monitor order transportation, manage anomalies, and maintain daily relations with carriers and warehouses.
3. Provide direct support for operations related to LVMH Group's houses and VIP clients.
4. Continuously improve after-sales and logistics processes to optimize customer interactions.
5. Oversee sample order preparation in coordination with the showroom and manage transportation.
6. Utilize and optimize Nona Source's CRM, Hubspot, to ensure seamless service continuity between customer service and showroom appointments.
7. Facilitate communication with the showroom and warehouse.
8. Manage customs processes.
9. Assist the Sales Operations Manager with supplier relations, including reviewing transport invoices and managing disputes, as well as sales-related accounting processes.

1. Recent graduate with a genuine interest in commercial relations.
2. Experience in customer service and/or sales administration, including internships and apprenticeships.

3. Result-oriented and enjoys teamwork.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Entry-level experience in customer service or sales administration, including internships and apprenticeships.
