- Manage and process international order portfolios in compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Support the Customer Service Coordinator in overseeing international subcontracting flows.
- Receive and input firm customer orders, resolving any issues related to credit, quotas, pricing, stock availability, and product details.
- Validate orders for delivery and monitor portfolio progress.
- Communicate stock availability to clients and the sales team, including acknowledgments and pro forma invoices.
- Handle customer complaints and manage product returns and disposals.
- Ensure high-quality service and prompt order processing.
- Balance workload for order preparation and ensure adequate capacity for national and international shipments.
- Organize transport pooling and edit shipping documents.
- Create and track shipping dossiers, including invoices and transport documents.
- Manage documentation related to order tracking, ensuring compliance with commercial and logistical documents from order entry to final delivery.
- Analyze stock management anomalies for optimization.
- Currently pursuing a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level), with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity about products and market trends.
Beginner level experience required.
Currently pursuing a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
Full-time apprenticeship position with opportunities to gain valuable experience in a leading luxury brand.
