LVMH Culture & Intrapreneurship Assistant Internship

The internship is based at the LVMH Group Holding on Avenue Montaigne, under the Human Resources Department within the Culture Initiative team.

1. Create and organize new collaborative formats to assist talents, Maisons, and Divisions in collectively identifying innovative solutions for the Group's strategic challenges.
2. Support the Group's intrapreneurial approach, including managing the digital platform for idea calls, community engagement, and program incubation follow-up.
3. Provide creative and organizational support for the successful execution of HR physical and digital events.
4. Participate in the design and facilitation of collective intelligence sessions.

1. Master's level student in Business School, Sciences Po, or Design School.
2. International profile with fluency in French and English.

1. Project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive innovative initiatives and coordinate large-scale events.
2. Creativity in providing original solutions and facilitating workshops to stimulate collective intelligence.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's level student in relevant fields such as Business, Political Science, or Design.
