LVMH Culture & Intrapreneurship Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Culture Initiative Director in creating and organizing new collaborative formats to help talents, Maisons, and Divisions collectively identify innovative solutions to strategic challenges.
2. Support the Group's intrapreneurial approach by managing the digital platform for idea calls, animating the community, and overseeing the incubation program.
3. Provide creative and organizational support for People & Leadership events, both physical and digital.
4. Participate in the design and facilitation of collective intelligence sessions.
5. Engage with LVMH brands and Maisons, interact with international stakeholders, and partake in exceptional programs.

1. Master's level student in Business School, Sciences Po, or Design School.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. International profile with a keen interest in the luxury industry.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's level education in Business, Political Science, or Design.
