LVMH CSR Specialist

1. Propose, develop, and implement CSR initiatives within the Group in Italy that align with LVMH's values and objectives.
2. Foster cooperation and synergies between different Maisons to enhance CSR efforts and achieve Group objectives.
3. Discover and leverage existing best practices within the Group, reviving valuable past projects where applicable.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR programs.
5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives and maintain positive relationships with Maisons.
6. Communicate CSR achievements and progress to stakeholders effectively.
7. Promote awareness and engagement in CSR and Duty of Vigilance initiatives among the Group's employees in Italy.
8. Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of social responsibility.
9. Represent the company at conferences, CSR-related events, and forums to enhance reputation and discover potential partnerships.
10. Engage with NPOs, NGOs, and other players to explore collaborative opportunities and strengthen CSR efforts.
11. Monitor the progress of CSR initiatives and prepare regular reports, supporting Maisons for Group reporting.
12. Analyze data to measure the impact of CSR and Duty of Vigilance programs and identify areas for improvement.
13. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
14. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Duty of Vigilance activities, especially in HR-related matters, Human Rights, and Health & Safety areas.
15. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
16. Support risk assessments and audit processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.

1. Experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of CSR principles and related subjects.
2. Knowledge of Duty of Vigilance and relevant regulations.

1. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and cooperative approach.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Previous experience in HR roles with a focus on CSR initiatives.
