LVMH CSR Specialist

- Propose, develop, and implement CSR initiatives within the Group in Italy that align with LVMH's values and objectives.
- Foster cooperation and synergies between different Maisons to enhance CSR efforts and achieve Group objectives.
- Discover and leverage existing best practices within the Group, reviving valuable past projects where applicable.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR programs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives and maintain positive relationships with Maisons.
- Communicate CSR achievements and progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Promote awareness and engagement in CSR and Duty of Vigilance initiatives among the Group's employees in Italy.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of social responsibility.
- Represent the company at conferences, CSR-related events, and forums to enhance reputation and discover potential partnerships.
- Engage with NPOs, NGOs, and other players to explore collaborative opportunities and strengthen CSR efforts.
- Monitor the progress of CSR initiatives and prepare regular reports, supporting Maisons for Group reporting.
- Analyze data to measure the impact of CSR and Duty of Vigilance programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Duty of Vigilance activities, especially in HR-related matters, Human Rights, and Health & Safety areas.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support risk assessments and audit processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of CSR principles and related subjects.
- Knowledge of Duty of Vigilance and relevant regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and cooperative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Previous experience in HR roles with a focus on CSR initiatives.
