LVMH CSR Specialist

1. Propose, develop, and implement CSR initiatives in Italy aligned with LVMH Group's values and objectives.
2. Foster cooperation and synergies between different Maisons to enhance CSR efforts.
3. Discover and leverage existing best practices within the Group.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of CSR programs.
5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with Maisons, promoting a cooperative approach.
7. Communicate CSR achievements and progress effectively to stakeholders.
8. Promote awareness and engagement in CSR and Duty of Vigilance initiatives among employees.
9. Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
10. Represent the company at conferences and CSR-related events to enhance reputation.
11. Engage with NPOs, NGOs, and other entities to explore collaborative opportunities.
12. Monitor progress of CSR initiatives and prepare regular reports.
13. Analyze data to measure impact of CSR and Duty of Vigilance programs.
14. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
15. Assist in implementation and monitoring of Duty of Vigilance activities, especially in HR, Human Rights, and H&S areas.
16. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
17. Support risk assessments and audit processes to identify and mitigate risks.

1. Experience in HR roles with good knowledge of CSR subjects.
2. Understanding of CSR principles, Duty of Vigilance, and relevant regulations.

1. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Experience in HR roles with a focus on CSR-related subjects is required.
