LVMH CSR & Disability Project Officer (Apprenticeship)

- Support deployment of Group-wide disability and inclusion initiatives, including the apprenticeship training scheme, across France and internationally.
- Design and implement communications and awareness-raising campaigns for employees and managers on disability and inclusion topics.
- Provide guidance, tools and documentation to Maisons and country teams on recruitment, job retention, recognition of disability status and recourse to sheltered/adapted employment sectors.
- Assist in the roll-out and coordination of training programmes related to disability and inclusion throughout the Group.
- Contribute to the annual disability reporting process and support monitoring of related indicators.
- Support budget tracking and administrative management for the Mission Handicap.
- Organise and support events for HR teams, managers and employees (including participation in Inclusiv’Day).
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations, notably ARPEJEH, to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme at a university or business school, with a clear interest in corporate social responsibility, inclusion or social policy.
- Prior internships or practical experience in HR, CSR/RSE or related fields preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English (professional/mastery level required); working knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and event coordination skills.
- Organisational rigour, ability to manage administrative tasks and support reporting processes.
- Comfort operating in an international, matrix environment and liaising with multiple Maisons and country teams.

Entry-level / internship position. Previous internships in HR or CSR are desirable; enthusiasm for social inclusion and some exposure to employee-relations or disability initiatives is an asset.
Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme at a university or business school, with a focus or strong interest in social/CSR, HR, public policy or a related discipline.
