LVMH CSR & Disability Project Officer (Apprenticeship)

1. Support deployment of Group-wide disability and inclusion initiatives, including the apprenticeship training scheme, across France and internationally.
2. Design and implement communications and awareness-raising campaigns for employees and managers on disability and inclusion topics.
3. Provide guidance, tools and documentation to Maisons and country teams on recruitment, job retention, recognition of disability status and recourse to sheltered/adapted employment sectors.
4. Assist in the roll-out and coordination of training programmes related to disability and inclusion throughout the Group.
5. Contribute to the annual disability reporting process and support monitoring of related indicators.
6. Support budget tracking and administrative management for the Mission Handicap.
7. Organise and support events for HR teams, managers and employees (including participation in Inclusiv’Day).
8. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations, notably ARPEJEH, to strengthen talent pipelines.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme at a university or business school, with a clear interest in corporate social responsibility, inclusion or social policy.
2. Prior internships or practical experience in HR, CSR/RSE or related fields preferred.
3. Strong written and spoken English (professional/mastery level required); working knowledge of French is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and event coordination skills.
5. Organisational rigour, ability to manage administrative tasks and support reporting processes.
6. Comfort operating in an international, matrix environment and liaising with multiple Maisons and country teams.

Entry-level / internship position. Previous internships in HR or CSR are desirable; enthusiasm for social inclusion and some exposure to employee-relations or disability initiatives is an asset.
