LVMH Counter Manager
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is the beauty division of the LVMH group, bringing together prestigious fragrance and cosmetics maisons. - Monitor sales performance and targets for assigned counters and report results to the Retail Area Manager.
- Define daily objectives for counter teams and track progress against KPIs.
- Establish corrective action plans, execute follow-up and ensure measurable improvement.
- Drive market share growth through commercial initiatives and in-store execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand image and customer service guidelines at point of sale.
- Implement 360° directives including CRM activities, promotional actions and call-to-action initiatives.
- Plan and manage team rosters, coordinate staffing and temporary replacements (seasonal or holiday cover).
- Participate in recruitment of promoters and new hires for assigned points of sale.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives; deliver individual coaching sessions using the GROW method.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and maintain development plans.
- Ensure implementation of POS action plans to address Mystery Shopping priorities.
- Coordinate with managers of secondary spaces (treatment rooms, colour schools) and plan operational tasks required for promotional success.
- Proven leadership and ability to deliver against sales KPIs.
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, initiative-taking approach to problem solving and team motivation.
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty required; vocational qualification or university degree preferred.
- Minimum B2 level of English; French desirable depending on location.
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail or service operations, ideally within the luxury, beauty or fashion sectors, with demonstrable success managing frontline teams and achieving sales KPIs.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty required; vocational training or university degree preferred.
